Stock planner orders placed after noon (Central Time) will be processed on the next business day. Allow 7-10 business days for arrival. Out-of-stock items will ship as soon as they become available. See "Out-of-Stock Items" section below.

Available in the US for all 50 states. Standard shipping will take up to 7 to 10 business days to arrive. (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.) 2nd Day Shipping
Available in the US for the 48 contiguous States. Delivery will take up to 2 business days to arrive (for orders received by Noon Central Time). (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.) 2nd Day Delivery is available to business and residential addresses, but not PO Boxes.
Next Day Delivery
Available in the US for the 48 contiguous States. Delivery will take up to 1 business day to arrive (for orders received by Noon Central Time). (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.) Next Day Delivery is available to business and residential addresses, as well as PO Boxes (please do not enter BOTH a street address and a PO Box in the shipping address area). If the address is not available as a next-day address through FedEx, CTA will use the next best shipping method.

Why do you charge what you do for shipping?
All retailers must somehow pay for shipping and handling. Some choose to build shipping and handling into the price you pay for the product. Others charge a fee at checkout for shipping and handling.
God's Word in Time doesn't build shipping and handling into the product price. Shipping includes the cost of sending your package via shipping carrier. Handling is the cost we incur to have a great team of folks pick, pack and prepare your order with care before we hand it off to the shipping carrier for delivery to you.
God's Word in Time works extremely hard to bring you a great overall value so you can be a good steward of the resources God has put in your care.
A box is overkill and wasteful, why didn't you send my order in an envelope?
It may seem strange that we use a box when an envelope will do, but there are some reasons why we feel a box is better. You trust us to get you the product you ordered in great condition, at a great value. Shipping your order in a box helps us ensure your order arrives in excellent shape, because boxes provide more protection than an envelope. In addition to being a superior packing option, we purchase boxes in such volume that boxes are actually less expensive for us to use.
Out of Stock Items (Backordered Items)
We prefer to ship your order complete; however, if you need the in-stock items prior to the out-of-stock item availability date, please call 1-877-375-0412 with your order number and one of our Customer Advocates will be happy to help. If you do not need any items on your order before the availability date, then your order will ship once that item is in. International Shipping Charges and Quotes
God's Word in Time delivers to all countries except the countries with which the U.S. does not maintain diplomatic relations.
All shipping charges to international addresses are by email quote only. When you submit your order online it will process your product total only. We will email you with shipping costs and options for approval before shipping the package. Email correspondence concerning international orders is CustomerService@godswordintime.com. All shipping charges to international addresses are figured by weight and by the country of destination. All cost amounts stated are in U.S. dollars.
Return Policy
Planners are not returnable for any reason. Defective books must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt. The customer must keep all packing material, including the box, if the damage is a result of shipping.
